Winter is challenging in many different ways and often it’s our skin that feels the toughness of these
pretty unbearable months on it’s own way. I can only talk from my own experience but I think most of
you agree when I say that getting clear skin in the wintertime is way harder than it is during the warm and
sunny months of the year. When the vitamin D levels are below necessary and the air is constantly drying out
our skin it’s extremely important to make sure that you take proper care of your skin and nourish
it with nutritions and vitamins that it needs. I’ve tried quite a lot of skincare products over the years
but I’ve finally found some that I really enjoy. They work well on these colder days and I always enjoy
my skincare routine with these products!

Artistry Intensive Skincare
My first favorites come from the brand Arstistry whom I first heard about last summer when I was offered to collaborate with the brand and I’ve loved their products ever since! I’ve had the chance to try out different things each month which means that I almost have their full collection in my bathroom cupboard already hehe.
My most recent addiction is their Advanced Vitamin C+ HA Treatment which is meant for smoothing expression or laugh lines. I meaaaan, the fact that they even have this kind of product is pretty amazing considering that their collection isn’t that large. This treatment also helps my skin to look more fresh and plump which is all I really need at the moment. It was super fun to mix the powder and liquid myself, almost felt like a chemist haha!

The next really exciting products is an exfoliator which I had heard good things about before. It is basically like giving yourself a peeling treatment at home! The way it works is actually really simple – you apply it after cleaning your face and leave it on for 8 minutes. The product adapts to your skin’s natural ph-level thanks to the Mucor Miehei mushroom enzyme that it consists. Once the level is reached the enzyme will stop developing and you can easily wash it off after 8 minutes. As a result your skin should feel smoother because of the dead skin being removed on the surface.
I definitely love this product and can confirm the really nice smoothing effect that it has. It’s a good product to use twice a week for a more in depth skincare routine. The price of the Renewing Peel is 80€ which is relatively expensive but actually you get a lot for the price. This 20ml bottle will last for a long time since you only use the product two times a week. Also, the ingredients are what really makes the product worth the splurge. You can read more about how this product was developed HERE.

Hydra-V
Artistry Hydra-V is another collection of the brand’s skincare department. Like the name refers this collection is all about hydrating your skin and giving it a refreshed look. I’ve tried this collection out for a long time and I’ve been loving the products!
My newest addition is this foaming cleanser which is actually the first thing I use in my skincare routine. It removes all the makeup and oil from the skin while leaving it fresh and soft. I’ve always been a fan of foam cleansers and this is another great one for daily use.
It’s 23,99€ a tube which I think is a reasonable price for a good cleanser. It doesn’t irritate my skin or leave it dry and uncomfortable. This is mainly due to fact that it doesn’t have any soap in it which is one of the things I love the most.

In addition to these amazing Artistry products I have a few other gems that are worth mentioning. To
make it easier to follow, here’s to whole routine:
Step 1. Artistry Foam Cleanser
Step 2. Artistry Hydra-V Toner (read my review here)
Step 3. Artistry Renewing Peel
Step 4. Lumene Glow Lumenessence Brightening Beauty Lotion. It is so good! Truly makes my skin glow and feel nutritioned.
Step 5. Artistry Vitamin C+ HA Treatment
Step 6. Mossa Age Excellence Eye cream
Step 7. Clinique Dramatically Different Gel cream
For some additional products I use Lumene’s Arctic Dew Quenching Aqua Serum every other day and
when I’m not using the Renewing Peel I switch my Clinique gel cream to Artistry’s Advanced Skin
Refinisher (read the review here).
There you have it! My full skincare routine for winter. Have you tried any of these products out
yourself? How do you like them? I would love to hear your thoughts!
Talk soon! xx
