In case you still have no idea what to wear (like me) I’ve put together some looks that hopefully help some of you out. All very simple put yet something more special than your regular on-the-go outfit. Let me know which one is your favorite and if you already have an outfit ready comment down below what it is! 🙂

Whenever there’s a party somewhere a little black dress can work wonders. When choosing the right cut and material, a simple dress like this can be all you need. I absolutely love this velvet dress from H&M. I wore it yesterday on my family’s Christmas party and it was so nice! Comfortable yet stylish!

Pretty much everything comes in velvet nowadays and I’ve fallen in love with loose velvet trousers. These ones are especially great because of the high waistline that make every average height girl looking slim and tall. To make this look extra party-looking (is that a phrase? 😀 ) I paired the trousers with glittery spaghetti strap top. Love how it turned out!

Sometimes skinny jeans or jeggings sound more inviting than a pretty dress or wide trousers. In this case you can create your party look with a pretty blouse and some accessories that stand out. There’s nothing wrong with feeling comfortable and a little glam at the same time!

More velvet and more wide trousers. Can’t get enough! For this look a paired a v-neck velvet bodysuit with beige wide trousers that I scored from Gina Tricot Sale section in September. This look is a little bit more casual but you can easily add a fancy blazer on top to make it even more fun!

What’s a NYE party without sequins, right? I wore this look last NYE but I still love it too much and wanted to include it in today’s post. I love sequins and this dress has a really flattering cut. Something I haven’t seen a lot when it comes to sequin dresses. I wore a mesh top to spice up the look even more but if you’re looking for something a little bit more casual, you can totally rock a basic white tee underneath. Unfortunately this dress is from H&M’s last year’s party collection but I’ve linked a similar dress for you.
